1. Return Window
Customers may request a return within 4 days of the order being delivered. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for return or refund.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video
To process any return or refund request, customers must provide a clear packing/unboxing video showing the package being opened from its sealed condition. This helps us verify the issue and ensures a fair process for both parties. Requests without this video will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility for Returns
Returns will only be accepted if:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

4. Non-Returnable Cases
Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The return request is made after 4 days of delivery.

  • The product shows signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing original packaging.

  • The required unboxing video is not provided.

5. Refund Process
Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit (depending on the case).

  • Refund processing may take 5–7 business days after approval.

6. Shipping Time
Orders are typically delivered within 4–5 working days from the date of dispatch.
